Really cool! I love how you can record and merge tracks, and I love the ability to alter the sounds of the instruments. But I have 2 issues. One being that whenever a sound of an instrument overlaps another in the recording area, that sound will play on repeat for the rest of the song and its really annoying to have to check every track to make sure that none of the same sounds occur at the same time. The other thing is that i wish I could have only certain tracks have reverb/distortion, etc.

I love this app. I've been using this app to record music and then put my music on music streaming apps. The only problem with it is that there aren't enough instruments to play around with. There aren't enough options to edit the sounds of the instruments. Such as good reverb options, timbre, echo, delay, panning, and other editing tools most DAWs have. Music Zone is cool too. You can share your music with other WalkBand users. It's basically social media for Walkband. 4 stars!

This app finally made my garage sale purchase of a Jamstik+ Bluetooth wireless midi guitar worthwhile. I just wanted a tiny guitar that enabled me to stick to my NYE resolution to learn guitar. For some reason the makers of the Jamstik didn't think to include guitar sounds on their guitar midi app. Enter Walk Band. Thanks dev! Connecting was a breeze and tones are easily customizable. Pro-tip: Split screen this app with ChordAI to practice playing along on the Jamstik with any song on YouTube.
